How are autism and mental health outcomes related?
Who: People between the ages of 18-30 who have an autism diagnosis.
What’s involved: An MRI brain scan, a short test, and some online surveys.
Time to Complete: About 2 hours and 4 minutes
Compensation: $75
Topic: Some autistic adults are at higher risk for depression and anxiety. We want to help understand why.

How does diagnostic timing affect different autistic people?
Who: Adults 18 years and up located in the Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C, or Maryland.
JackLab is a part of an Autism Centers of Excellence Network study called “The Autism Centers of Excellence Network on Late Diagnosis”.

How are gender and autistic traits related?
Who: Adults 18 years and up. Open to both Mason students and non-students.
What’s involved: An online survey about your interests, social behavior, communication style, and gender identity.
Time to Complete: About 40 minutes on average, with most participants taking between 20 and 60 minutes.
Compensation: Mason students in classes using SONA can receive 2 research credits. All other participants are entered in a drawing for an Amazon gift card.

Who: Anyone located in the DMV, 18 or older, and interested in getting involved with JackLab’s MRI research.
